We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” only on the Rice Products which entitles all our customers to return the Rice Product within 7 working days of delivery, if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will replace it with a new product within 7 working days and take the old product back or alternatively the customer can take money back (on pro rata basis).
We highly recommend you follow the cooking & storing instructions as mentioned on the product / website.

- Provide our team with the order no to verify
- Once verified our team will understand the issue
- You can ask for replacement of the same product or seek refund as mentioned above. Our officer will collect the product back and refund your money. Kindly ensure the product is returned in its original packing, incase original packing is not available we will not be able to accept the return.
